I would have been in a tight spot had Melissa not come to the rescue. I had to relocate to a specific ISD for custody reasons within a certain timeframe, and there was NOTHING to rent. And the places that were available wouldn’t accept my dogs or denied me due to my credit (bad year going through a divorce). Melissa put a package together about me to present to landlords. Melissa Dennis helped us from the onset of our house search adventure which started in July. We had very short notice from our landlord that our lease would not be renewed because he wanted his father to live there. I believe Melissa had to go over her time budget helping us search for a place large enough or suitable for a family of 8- 2 parents, 2 grandparents, 4 kids, & a big dog. Our tastes run kind of old fashioned & she was very patient with us.. Our first pick was a cute classic farm house but unfortunately the FHA did not approve. We made another offer on a house & had to pull out because of a strong likelihood of nonapproval. Melissa was diligent on all matters, spent hundreds of hours on research, and used many resources.
